I play at the intersection of business and talent: connecting purpose, vision, and values to a company’s value creation plan and all its talent levers. With years of experience supporting both private and public boards, I bring this expertise to bear in CEO succession and board advisory.

I have also had the opportunity to serve in C-level and directorial positions, and this has deeply informed my work with teams across multiple industries and stages. I am a certified coach and am energised by my collaborations with my peers, alongside speaking and writing.

My wife and I live in Spain and have six children: three grown and three still in school. I value beauty and community, both of which bring me a sense of unity. My purpose is simple but ambitious: to help awaken people, organisations, and communities to their full potential.
